Ontario-Based Innovapost Selects UltiPro® for Recruitment-through-Retirement Human Capital Management

Ultimate Software (Nasdaq: ULTI), a leading provider of end-to-end strategic human resources, payroll, and talent management solutions, announced today that Innovapost, a leading provider of IT solutions and services, selected UltiPro as its human capital management (HCM) solution, delivered through Software-as-a-Service, in May 2009.

With more than 800 employees throughout Canada, Innovapost had outgrown the combination of spreadsheets and multiple databases that its HR team had been using to manage their employees. Innovapost executives decided to search for a solution that could not only consolidate the company’s different data sources, but also provide a full spectrum of sophisticated HR functionality. Innovapost needed a single HCM solution that could address the company’s need for real-time, meaningful workforce reporting across the entire organization. The decision-making team chose UltiPro for HR, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning management, and salary planning and budgeting.

“Ultimate Software and UltiPro have enabled us to quickly and cost-effectively implement an HCM solution that met our technical and functional needs. As a services company, our people are the foundation of our success, so we want to be sure to manage them well and keep them engaged,” said Gilbert Deschenes, Vice President, Human Resources at Innovapost. “In Ultimate Software, we’ve found one provider with a single, unified source for our HR-related data, plus strategic tools for growth. We are excited about using UltiPro to streamline our HR processes and provide better service to our workforce.”

“Ultimate’s end-to-end HCM solution delivers the full range of HR, benefits, payroll, and talent management capabilities that are essential to helping today’s organizations perform effectively,” said Greg Swick, Chief Sales Officer. “We welcome Innovapost to the Ultimate Software family.”
