Netuitive Expands Presence in Europe

Former Dell and HP Sales Executives to Lead European Growth

RESTON, VA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/17/09 -- Netuitive, Inc., the leading provider of self-learning performance management software, announced today that it is expanding its presence in Europe with the appointment of Jorgen Johansen as senior director of sales and Neil MacGowan as director of Technical Services.

Johansen was most recently with Dell, as part of the Equalogic Division for the Nordic region, where he established the company's virtualized storage business and produced 300% annual revenue growth. Prior, Johansen was sales manager for EMEA at Brocade Communications.

MacGowan has worked at Netuitive as technical director in the United Kingdom since 2007, and previously was with HP Mercury as director of technology for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

"These are two seasoned sales veterans who have a deep understanding of the European market," said Nicola Sanna, president and CEO at Netuitive. "Because they've built successful enterprise software companies there before, I fully expect that Europe will represent a large part of our revenues in 2010."

As part of its European expansion plan, Netuitive is seeking to partner with leading systems integrators that have experience in building virtual data center and cloud computing platforms.

Enterprise virtualization management has been a significant growth driver in 2009. As a result, Netuitive is anticipating to double sales in the current fiscal year. In September, Netuitive competed against 40 other technology vendors to win the "Best Product" award in Virtualization Management at the VMworld Conference in San Francisco.

"Virtualization and cloud computing represents a new paradigm in application delivery, which is also driving the requirement for a new type of performance management," says Sanna. "Netuitive is uniquely positioned to fill this gap and we feel the time to strike is now."
