Sendside Sales Acceleration & Customer Interaction Applications Now Available on Salesforce.com AppExchange

Salesforce.com Dreamforce 2009 Conference – Sendside today announced the availability of Sendside’s Sales Acceleration and Customer Interaction Platform on the salesforce.com AppExchange. Sendside enables high-impact communications that help to automate and accelerate key sales processes, resulting in faster and higher prospect conversion rates, more effective outreach, and more sales. Built using the Force.com platform, Sendside is immediately available for test drive and deployment on the AppExchange at http://www.salesforce.com/appexchange/.

The announcement was made today at Dreamforce 2009, salesforce.com’s user and developer conference. Sendside demos are available in several Dreamforce 2009 exhibitor booths: Sendside (Booth 211), Vetrazzo (Booth 1101) and Insidesales.com (Booth 213).

Salesforce CRM users now have the power of Sendside’s Packages, Secure Messaging, and Capture applications to deliver high-impact communications directly from leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, cases and campaigns in Salesforce CRM; and obtain real-time reporting and analytics on the effectiveness of each communication and interaction. This new functionality produces a higher yield per sales rep by enabling them to immediately send and track delivery of rich content, focus on the most promising opportunities and win more deals, more quickly.
