LiveOps and Keniks Announce Partnership

Joint Effort Targets Innovation in Cross-Channel Acquisition

SANTA CLARA, CA and SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/01/10 -- LiveOps and Keniks today announced a partnership to jointly bring to market a solution for online performance marketing and contact center services. With this partnership, LiveOps and Keniks will provide a cross-channel customer acquisition solution that will maximize revenue generation capabilities for customers.

LiveOps' partnership with Keniks recognizes the increasingly important role of online marketing services within the direct response industry, and the need to integrate Web technology for sustained client success. Together, the two companies will work closely to implement innovative solutions that bridge contact center and online acquisition channels.

"We believe success within the evolving direct response marketplace requires a coordinated multi-channel effort that leverages and supports traditional marketing channels," said Matt Fisher, general manager of LiveOps Direct Response Business. "Our partnership will provide clients access to Keniks' innovative, data-driven platform and extensive understanding of online marketing tools to take advantage of growing opportunities on the Web."

The combination of Keniks' expertise in online marketing and an executive team experienced in the contact center and direct response industries was integral to LiveOps' partner choice, and consistent with its premier service offering. This specialization will allow for enhanced service integration and enable LiveOps to provide its clients with essential online solutions that complements its core contact center platform.

"Key trends in consumer response to offline media highlight the need for an integrated acquisition strategy across retail, contact center and online channels to deliver success," said Keniks CEO Patrick McKenna. "This partnership ideally matches both companies' respective capabilities to achieve our vision of maximizing return on every media dollar."
