"Mark and Michael bring very strong sales leadership skills to the company and will play key roles in our continued success in the converged communications space," said James Marsh, senior vice president, Carousel Industries.

Mark Flood has joined Carousel as the vice president of inside sales, where he will drive the strategy and effectiveness of the company's inside sales initiatives. "Carousel is an industry leader with expertise and market recognition in the converged communications and collaboration space. I am very excited to be joining the company as it continues to grow and drive new technologies into the market," Flood said. "With an inside sales team that was recently expanded to 80 individuals, Carousel is well positioned to significantly increase its outreach and lead generation initiatives to keep up with industry demand."

With more than 20 years of sales and management experience in diverse roles, Flood has worked directly with Fortune 500 clients. Prior to that, Flood held senior executive and sales roles at Convergent Group, Cambridge Technology Partners, Keane Inc., United Engineers, and Southern New England Telephone Co.

"Carousel has consistently recognized new opportunities in the converged communications and data networking space," Barnett said. "I look forward to working with customers on the east coast and helping them to align their technology infrastructure with their business goals and objectives."
