Knoa Software Appoints Joseph Ghattas to Role of Managing Director, EMEA

Former CA Technologies Executive to Expand European Customer, Sales and Service Efforts

Knoa Software, a provider of user experience and performance management software, has announced the appointment of Joseph Ghattas to the position of Managing Director, EMEA. Ghattas brings more than 20 years of experience in global direct, technical and senior IT services and software sales, including deep domain expertise in Infrastructure Management, Enterprise Application Management, Security and Service Management. Ghattas reports directly to Joseph Lawless, Vice President of Global Sales.

As Managing Director, EMEA, Ghattas will be responsible for building Knoa's sales and current customer engagement capabilities, while helping future customers to benefit from the utilization of Knoa solutions and achieve immediate ROI. Ghattas will also work closely with strategic partners, such as SAP®, on the sale and service of Knoa Experience and Performance Manager (EPM). SAP currently resells Knoa EPM as the SAP User Experience Management (SAP UEM) application by Knoa.

Prior to Knoa, Ghattas was Regional Vice President, Europe Public Sector for CA Technologies, where he was responsible for strategic sales, relationship management and market growth for the European Public Sector. He also held senior-level positions at Sterling Software ADG, Texas Instruments Software, Calibre Systems and Applied Data Research (ADR).
