• Security spending dips as CFOs look more closely at investments versus their companies’ history of reduced security breaches.
• Social performance management takes hold in areas that include HR, with big players like Salesforce.com and SAP picking up or developing applications in this area.
• BYOD declines as companies realize support costs, compliance risks, and usage reimbursement drawbacks become more evident.
