(OTC Bulletin Board: UDWK), a leader in payment processing solutions, today announced that it will release its fiscal 2013 second quarter results on Wednesday, November 14, 2012.  In conjunction with the release, the Company has scheduled a conference call, which will be broadcast live over the Internet, on Thursday, November 15, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. EST / 10:00 a.m. CST.
