Bite und Bourne fusionieren zu globaler Marketingdienstleistungsagentur

Der neue CEO von Bite Communications, Andy Cunningham, hat heute die Eingliederung von Bourne, einer wachstumsstarken digitalen Marketingagentur mit Sitz in Großbritannien und Niederlassungen in Glasgow und New York, bekannt gegeben. Mit den 50 zusätzlichen Fachleuten, die dem Unternehmen neue Kompetenzen einbringen, bietet Bite nun auf globaler Ebene ein Komplettangebot an Marketingdienstleistungen. Zu diesen Dienstleistungen zählen Strategien und Erkenntnisse, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Marketingkommunikation, grafische und inhaltliche Gestaltung sowie digitale und technische Produkte und Leistungen.

Das neue Team mit 15 Niederlassungen und 300 Mitarbeitern wird unter dem Markennamen „Bite“ weitergeführt, und der CEO von Bourne, Dan Kersh, stößt als Leiter des internen Marketingteams zum globalen Vorstand von Bite, wo er direkt Cunningham unterstellt ist.

Die Fusion von Bite und Bourne erfolgt nach zwei Jahren, in denen Bite im digitalen Bereich zahlreiche Übernahmen getätigt hat, darunter OneXeno, ILS und das in Hongkong stationierte Suchteam von Red Bricks Media (RBM). Zusammen mit der letztjährigen Übernahme des deutschen Marketingberatungsunternehmens Trademark Consulting erweitert Bite damit seine Fähigkeiten zur Bereitstellung wahrhaft globaler, auf digitale Kanäle konzentrierter Marketingprogramme für seinen Kundenstamm.

Ergänzt wird dies durch die bestehenden erstklassigen Angebote von Bite im Bereich Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und die verstärkte Konzentration auf inhaltliche Bereiche dank der Anstellung bekannter Journalisten aus Fachgebieten wie neue Medien, IT und Verbrauchsgüter, darunter Mike Harvey, ehemaliger Redakteur für Sonderbeilagen der Londoner Times und Kommunikationsleiter von Google, sowie Justin Pearse, ehemaliger Redakteur des britischen Nachrichtenmagazins New Media Age.
