Through the acquisition, Kovarus will provide new and existing customers with a more robust offering of business-aligned IT solutions. In addition to Kovarus' deep expertise in data center technologies such as virtualization, server, storage, networking and cloud computing, the combined entity will now include the proven Microsoft application expertise that customers require including support for Windows Server, Exchange and Active Directory.
