The agreement was signed in the fourth quarter of 2012.

Oxford Instruments recently selected CallidusCloud's RapidIntake learning authoring system to build training courses for employees. Oxford Instruments will use RapidIntake to create training courses, which will then be delivered to its worldwide network of distributors via the Litmos LMS. Leveraging these solutions, Oxford Instruments expects to significantly reduce down time resulting from other systems that require IT management, and travel costs associated with instructor-led training.

Litmos LMS provides a platform that enables customers to build and manage professional-looking online courses themselves.
