During the quarter, the company paid approximately $41.7 million (including commissions) in connection with the repurchase of 1.9 million shares of its common stock (paying an average price of $21.93 per share). For third quarter, the semiconductor company reported Non-GAAP Net Income of $21.3 million, or $0.08 per diluted share, on Revenues of $271.2 million, a growth of 29% over second quarter of fiscal 2013.
