New this year, the event features a "Recurring Revenue Boot Camp" to help today's managed services providers successfully compete in today's market.   Gary Pica, President & Founder, TruMethods, will spearhead two sessions; the first will provide a unique approach to business planning including the tools to increase sales & profits and the top mistakes most business owners make; the second will focus on packaging services & pricing for success.   The dynamic boot camp will also include a Microsoft keynote, "Transacting with the Microsoft Cloud," and a Tech Briefing with Soonr to explore, "How to Successfully Sell File Sharing & Collaboration to Businesses and Make Money."
